History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Peren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable
