Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A true patriot, Raer would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raer studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Raer took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
