Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
