Personality: Varis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great joy in being the best Locksmith in town.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Carpenter, but he was a colossal failure. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and elven compassion

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A plain young-adult man, he sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Himo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Himo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
