Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Suhnae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
