History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Gennal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Jeweler and was forced into it by his family.
