Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
