Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Thervan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
