History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and seeks redemption

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
