Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Arannis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Hunter and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
