Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Beiro enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
