History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears white trousers with black and pastel striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. He became a Priest soon after.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and balancing his hectic life and new priest responsibilities is difficult
