Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Koeth is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Koeth hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Koeth was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Ahvain's homeland. Ahvain decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Varis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Varis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has achieved small success as a Fletcher.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Aust was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has worked as a Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult
