History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Peren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
