History: Born to a Performer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by his family
