History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Berrian took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rolen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
