History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Adran was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
