Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Uthemar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
