History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This late middle aged man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Efferil took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Theren is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After months of barely getting by, Lucan managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uthemar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
