History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
