History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Rael enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erevan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture
