History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
