History: Adran hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Lamlis hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
