History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Caeldrim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
