History: Heian was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
