He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aelar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
