History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Arannis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Arannis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Lamlis was born with his mother's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
