History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Lucan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
