History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Aelar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and expand his business
