Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
