History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Traki wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Dyer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gennal isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he wants revenge against drow
