Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his youth he was a Tanner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vanuath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vanuath. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
