Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naeris grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naeris. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
