Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
