History: The child of a Animal Trainer, who enjoyed hunting, Himo was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Himo liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
