History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He is an epitome of beauty. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he desires power and/or immortality
