To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Personality: Himo is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
