History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and seeks redemption
