His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Nutae would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
