Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aerdeth grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Gardener and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
