History: Laucian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor.
