History: He was born into a rich family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Sage soon after.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
