History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beiro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
