History: He was born in the north. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Korfel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Korfel was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is content

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and money/treasure
