His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rael never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
