History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Guard mother left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. History: Ivellios was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
