History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ahvain took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
