Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rael never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
