History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable
