His hair is long and brown with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his top black hat.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Doctor business.
